Upon entering, the gentle sounds of quiet music and water immediately bring a sense of calm. The white, thin soba noodles slide down smoothly and have a firm texture. The dipping sauce has a subtle flavor, and when combined with the condiments, the taste expands. The freshly fried tempura is crispy, and when enjoyed with salt, its aroma is enhanced. The thick soba broth is also delicious, providing satisfaction until the very end. The small pond with a bridge and the clean interior of the restaurant are lovely, and the attentive service makes for a pleasant experience.
