The first bite of the homemade quiche is fragrant and brings a smile to my face. The skewers of pork belly, heart, tsukune, and four-piece cuts are grilled to perfection, allowing the flavors to be fully appreciated. In particular, the beef tongue skewer is fluffy and tender, bringing happiness with every bite. The sashimi and horse sashimi are vibrant and convey a sense of freshness in their taste. The sesame mackerel, fried oysters, and mentaiko rolled omelet are also meticulously prepared, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The attentive service that even considers portioning adds to the comfort, allowing for a relaxed enjoyment.
