The interior of the restaurant has a traditional Japanese farmhouse style, and the practice of taking off shoes at the entrance and changing into slippers creates a calming atmosphere. The vegetables are primarily sourced locally, with a rich aroma of leafy greens and wild plants. The game meat is a highlight, and I heard that the deer, such as Japanese sika, are hunted by the staff, which shows their commitment to quality. The fish dishes are also delicious, with sautéed Spanish mackerel topped with fried cherry blossoms, making for a beautiful presentation. Appetizers, soup, and bread are included, and the scent of edible flowers and olive oil leaves a lasting impression. The quiet atmosphere and pleasant service make it easy to understand why this place is popular.
