The traditional old-style house interior has exposed beams, and the moment you step in, you feel at ease. There are spacious tatami rooms and a sunken hearth, allowing you to fully enjoy a calm Japanese atmosphere. Today, I ordered cold soba noodles, and they had a strong chewiness and an excellent texture. The richly flavored dipping sauce was subtly sweet, perfectly enhancing the flavor of the soba. The vegetable and chicken soba was also plentiful with root vegetables, and its gentle taste warmed me to the core. The staff is efficient, and the service is quick, making it a soba restaurant where you can relax and enjoy your meal casually.
