The space centered around the counter is pleasantly quiet and comfortable. The assorted horse sashimi is easy to distinguish between the marbled, lean, and mane cuts, and when paired with condiments, the umami flavor expands significantly. The grilled chicken is well-prepared with salt and sauce tailored to each part, and the liver is creamy and easy to eat. The stir-fried greens and water spinach have a crisp texture, and their aroma whets the appetite. The lotus root chips have a light texture, making them an irresistible snack. Each dish reflects careful preparation, and I was satisfied with the lineup that naturally encouraged me to enjoy more drinks.
