Located within a roadside station, the interior is shiny and stylish. Cashless payments can be made at the ticket vending machine, making the ordering process very smooth. The signature dish, short-horned beef soba, has a sweet broth that melds with the umami of the beef, creating a deep flavor. The thick soba noodles have a firm texture that is enjoyable to eat. Cold noodle dishes are also available, allowing for a refreshing experience even on hot days. With both counter and table seating, it was comfortable for both individuals and groups.
