The smooth hand-made noodles are pleasant and easy to slurp. The broth is not heavy, and the aroma of yuzu gently rises, giving it an elegant touch. The tempura is fried after you order, so the batter is light and crispy. It can also be enjoyed with salt, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through. There is ample space at the seats, including the tatami area, making it comfortable to relax. The walls are decorated with photos of students, and the staff are friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience.
