The shop located in the hot spring town has a lovely calm atmosphere. It mainly features tatami rooms and private rooms, making it comfortable for families to relax. The grilled eel over rice is delicious, with tender, fluffy eel coated in a perfectly balanced sweet and savory sauce that makes it hard to stop eating. It is served on freshly cooked rice, enhancing both the aroma and texture. The clear soup, eel bones, and homemade pickles are also delightful. You can feel the staff's attentiveness, and although there is a bit of a wait since they cook and grill after ordering, making a reservation allows you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.
