I went to the udon restaurant after a long time. I usually go there 2-3 times a month, but I couldn't go in December. I got tired of New Year's dishes, and on January 10th, feeling a bit of stomach discomfort, I ordered daikon soba. Crispy daikon on top of zaru soba! It has a refreshing taste with a gentle effect on the stomach. The dipping sauce with a rich bonito flavor, wasabi, sesame, green onions, and a hint of spiciness is delicious. Please try it once.
