Exploration of a restaurant that refused to be interviewed. This store was (allegedly) introduced in the TV program Interview Refusal Shop. It is said to be the headquarter of a ramen store (reporting: rahsho). Negi Ramen (800 yen) This is the signature dish here, and I had it for the first time since I was a student. The special menma (pickled bamboo shoots) with sesame oil seasoned green onions and lots of black pepper is addictive. When you sip the soup, the pork bone-to-bone and soy sauce feeling is 、、、、、、 thin! But when you eat the noodles, soup and green onions together, it makes a strangely delicious ramen. According to the store's sign, they are open from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm. The restaurant is located on Route 8, so it was almost fully booked at around 10:30 when we visited.
