Homemade noodles made with 100% Hokkaido-produced 'Haruyutaka' blended with clear soup and Japanese-style broth soy sauce ramen. The chashu is made with domestic pork belly, simmered egg, menma, seaweed, naruto, and green onions. The gyoza for 800 yen also uses homemade skin made with 'Haruyutaka' and is very delicious with a chewy texture. I think it has an excellent compatibility with the ramen. Although the price of 400 yen is a bit high, once you try it, you will be satisfied.
