I heard that this is the place to go when it comes to miso in Sendai. I heard a rumor that... The staff's movements are lean and efficient. One of them was taking a break. Two people were running it until the middle of the meal. The man was in charge of serving ramen and fried rice by himself, The woman was in charge of the hall and the bill. It was the first time to see a ramen restaurant Ajimitsu ramen shop in Niigata. I have seen this kind of operation at a ramen shop called "Ajimitsu" in Niigata.
