The first floor has a shop, and you can have meals on the second floor. They use pigs raised on carefully selected feed, and the additive-free ham and sausages are safe and delicious. When you order a set meal, you can enjoy unlimited refills of boiled sausages, shredded cabbage, rice, and tonjiru (pork miso soup), which is a nice perk. The tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet) is crispy, and you can enjoy different cuts like loin and fillet. You can choose between sweet and spicy sauces, and there are two types of dressings available, both of which go well with the dishes. After your meal, you can also buy your favorite items on the first floor to take home, which adds to the charm of this quietly renowned restaurant.
