The coffee brewed with a siphon is rich in aroma and very delicious. It's special and exciting to be able to watch the extraction process, and it is served in the siphon so you can pour it yourself. The cake with strawberries and black pepper is an unexpected combination, yet it harmonizes perfectly and is impressive. The tart with pineapple and lemon has a pleasant texture from the toasted coconut and refreshing acidity that brings a smile to my face. The cake with roasted hojicha and sweet summer orange peel, as well as the tart with figs and chocolate, are also impressively delicious. I'm happy that I can buy coffee beans to enjoy at home as well.
