The commitment to the ingredients is evident, and none of the dishes have any unpleasant odors; they are all delicious. I especially love the grilled bonito sushi, which has a wonderful aroma. The fresh firefly squid, medium fatty tuna, grilled eel, and red shrimp are also very satisfying. The assorted tuna, the famous grilled egg, the flounder fin, and salmon are hard to resist ordering. I can request a smaller amount of rice, allowing me to enjoy it to my liking. The side dishes and dessert ice cream are also well-prepared, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.
