We use fresh fish delivered daily from our suppliers at the market to make this carpaccio.
An assortment of 9 types of appetizers. We use seasonal ingredients that change each time. Salad made with seasonal vegetables, fried potato gratin, sautéed seafood, fricassée of pork and young chicken, pasta with seasonal ingredients, and an assortment of ice cream.
