This is a shop located inside the hotel. In the morning, it offers a buffet style where you can enjoy both Japanese and Western cuisine. Sado butter and milk are provided, both of which are very delicious. The taste of the eggs is also rich, providing a sense of satisfaction. There are explanation cards in front of the dishes, and a ladle holder for miso soup, which conveys thoughtful attention to detail. Orders are placed using a QR code, reflecting a modern style.
