It was a reservation-only restaurant where I could enjoy my meal in a calm atmosphere. It was exciting to have a lively eel taken from the aquarium and grilled right there. The outside was fragrant and crispy, while the inside was tender, providing a satisfying thickness. The sauce, which has been passed down for many years, is rich, and its aroma and depth are clearly felt. I could enjoy both the eel rice bowl and the hitsumabushi, and the deliciousness made it hard to put down my chopsticks. The sound of flowing water was pleasant, and the friendly staff made for a delightful experience.
