When I stopped by the roadside station, I casually went in. The menu was extensive, featuring ramen, rice bowls, and soba, which was exciting. The soy sauce ramen had a clear broth, with the umami of the dashi gently spreading, making it very easy to drink. The thin, curly noodles had just the right amount of firmness and paired perfectly with the large slices of chashu. The tempura of sweet potato and white fish in the tempura rice bowl was fluffy, and I could really taste the sweetness and lightness. After the meal, I enjoyed the crispness of the mizuna and green onions, leaving both my stomach and heart satisfied.
