There is a counter and a raised seating area, allowing for a calm atmosphere where you can relax. Freshly made sushi is served one after another right in front of you, and the portions are large, providing a sense of satisfaction. The seasoning of the vinegared rice is just right, perfectly complementing the toppings. The lightly grilled mackerel and the firm horse mackerel left a particularly strong impression. The warm chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), fluffy thick omelet, and fragrant anago (conger eel) are also very delicious. Pickled ginger and seaweed are served as sides, and the seasonal firefly squid is fresh and delightful.
