The restaurant is cozy, but it's new and the teppan is shiny. It's so popular that the seats fill up quickly after you enter, creating a lively atmosphere. The base of the monjayaki includes cabbage, sliced squid, tempura bits, and sakura shrimp, and you can enjoy it your way with additional toppings. When you adjust the flavor with the provided monjayaki sauce, it adds even more richness, making it hard to stop eating. The Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki is carefully cooked by the staff and served piping hot, with the crispy texture of the noodles being the highlight. Thanks to the pleasant service, I felt that this is a place worth visiting even though it's a bit far from the station.
