It's a small shop in the food court with an American and bright atmosphere. They cook your order after you place it, and they notify you when it's ready with a sound. The hamburger contains not only a patty but also steak meat, providing a sense of satisfaction. The black wagyu beef shank has a chunky texture, and the umami flavor comes through strongly. There are many cheese options, and in addition to cheddar and mozzarella, you can also choose gorgonzola and goat cheese, which is fun. The freshness of the vegetables adds to the overall balance, and I enjoyed it very much.
