The cooking area, which can be seen over the counter, is very clean and reassuring from the start. They start frying after you order, so the little wait time until the food is ready is also exciting. The freshly fried thighs and wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, spreading a savory aroma. The crunchy texture of the sunazuri and the well-seasoned seasoning are addictive. The light salt-based seasoning makes it easy to eat as many as you like. I found this restaurant enjoyable, including the time spent in the small waiting area, feeling the sound and aroma of the frying process.
