Oyasumi Dokoro

We offer Japanese cuisine that values the flavors of each season, using fresh local ingredients. With cooking methods that bring out the natural umami of the ingredients, you can enjoy memorable dishes. The food is also visually beautiful, enriching the hearts of those who eat it, and can be enjoyed with all five senses.

You can spend a pleasant time in a quiet environment surrounded by nature. The interior, which evokes a sense of Japanese aesthetics, provides healing to visitors and creates special moments. Visitors can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and truly relax. The warm lighting further enhances the comfort.

This is a Japanese restaurant that just opened on April 26, 2025. Located in the nature-rich city of Senboku in Akita Prefecture, we aim to propose a new style of Japanese cuisine and create a restaurant rooted in the local community. While valuing local culture and traditions, we offer dishes that incorporate modern sensibilities.
