A healing cafe with the scent of hinoki

masu cafe is a unique concept cafe themed around masu (traditional Japanese wooden measuring cups). The interior features decor made from masu, enveloping visitors in the gentle aroma of hinoki (Japanese cypress). In particular, the masu-presso offers a delightful blend of hinoki scent and specially blended coffee. You can also take home memories in a masu container.

1300 years of tradition! Located in Ogaki City, Japan's largest producer of the Japanese tool "Masu". ⬜︎ Masu Cafe⬜︎ As the name suggests, The café was full of Masu. ⬜︎ It is made of rice flour and is like a warabimochi-style rice cake, Ogaki is also the water city of Ogaki. Ogaki, which is also the city of water. The sweets in the exquisite Masu are Open the lid. It is fun to remove the Masu! The warmth of wood, what a relief✨. By the way I took the 7th photo to show the whole picture. The tableware, the desk, and the walls are all covered with Masu, so much so that it is hard to tell what is food! It's hard to tell what is the food! I don't know if there are Masu fanatics out there. I don't know if there are Masu enthusiasts out there. But this is a new café where you can experience traditional culture in various ways. Please come and be healed by the trees ^_^. It would be more atmospheric if it was held in an old private house! Coffee jelly/Yuzu tea Ogaki is said to be the largest producer of Masu in Japan. The cafe uses Masu not only as objects, but also as desks and tableware. The inside of the store smells like wood. I usually don't have a chance to touch Masu, so it's refreshing to be able to use them in this way. The cups made of Masu are very soft to the touch, which is very impressive. It was a pleasant café time with plenty of coffee jelly!

We received the Holder plate in Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, which is the largest producer of Masu in Japan (∩^-^∩). It was not only pretty to look at, but also tasted very delicious~! *
