The handmade 2:8 soba is beautiful, has a pleasant aroma, and can be eaten smoothly. Since it is ground in-house using a stone mill, you can really feel the sweetness and firmness of the grains. You can choose between sweet and savory dipping sauces, which complement the noodles with a refined flavor. There are also sets A and B, allowing you to enjoy soba tofu, small side dishes, and seasoned rice. Even with the cold soba, they provide soba broth, making it enjoyable all the way to the aftertaste. In a calming interior with flowers subtly arranged, I'm also curious about the unique soba varieties, desserts, and cold brew coffee.
