Hikobei, located just below Mt. Ashiba, is a restaurant where you can enjoy sake without soba noodles. You can enjoy the delicious sake and tempura served by the owner. Kamo nanban soba and tanuki soba are highly recommended for their rich flavor and color. The restaurant's hideaway atmosphere is also attractive. Hikobei is located on the first floor of a building adjacent to Ashibayama Park and is a delicious soba restaurant with a good reputation in visiting Fukui.
