Wine is served with dashi broth @ Taisho | Happy to eat good food! Tugboat located about 5 minutes walk from Taisho Station This facility is located on the river and has 16 restaurants and the first floor is a food court! It is open and pleasant! Everyone chooses what they are interested in and share I was curious about dashi and wine, so I went to this restaurant! Ateliesta Shokudo (restaurant) The drink was sparkling wine 600 yen I think I forgot to take a picture of it... They filled it generously! Cold oden with dashi broth: Mizunasu (eggplant), Tomato, and Komatsuna (I think). The soup stock is delicious because it is cold, and since we were outside, this kind of cold food is good. The tataki is very resilient and just goes on easily! We want to eat many other things, so we choose a little bit at a time like this! What shall we eat next? Thank you for the food!
