Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by the gentle brothers, and you immediately feel a sense of comfort. The counter seats and tables are compactly arranged, allowing for a pleasant sense of distance. The signature thick and chewy udon pairs perfectly with the rich dashi that has a strong bonito aroma. The oyakodon features plump chicken that is well-soaked in dashi, making it impossible to put down your chopsticks. The extremely thin yet firm soba is cooked to perfection, and the mild dipping sauce adds a nice accent. The freshness of the sashimi and the carefully crafted sweet blend of soy sauce reflect a dedication to the cuisine.
