As you pass through the entrance, you feel the warmth of wood in a café-like space that brings a sense of calm. The first dish I ordered, grilled red snapper, had a crispy skin and the fat from the flesh spread deliciously, enhanced further by grated daikon and a little soy sauce. With sashimi and chawanmushi also included, the table became vibrant all at once. Next, as I took a bite of the pork sauté, the thick cut of meat combined with the sweet and savory miso sauce made the rice go down easily. The shrimp spring rolls I ordered on the side had a crispy and light texture, making them perfect as a snack. With bright service and satisfying dishes, I was able to feel happy and full until the very end.
