The interior is spacious, with a counter, tables, and tatami seating, making it very convenient. There are many options where you can choose between udon and soba, and even rice bowls, which can be overwhelming, and they also have the popular katsudon. The soba has a nice chewiness, and the sensation when slurping it is pleasant. The tempura has a light and fragrant batter, and the flavors of shrimp, pumpkin, seaweed, chikuwa, and shiso are impressive. You can also enjoy takikomi gohan (seasoned rice) along with the soba, which adds to the satisfaction. Watching the soba-making process is exciting, and the locally rooted atmosphere is comfortable.
