In the quiet atmosphere of a residential area, you can leisurely choose your sweets. The showcase is lined with attractive cakes, and you can casually enjoy eat-in after making your payment. The combination of chocolate mousse and passion fruit has a pleasant flow of aroma and acidity, and the coconut cake is moist and light. The mille-feuille, with its layers that gently unravel and rich cream, is very satisfying. The offerings of pistachio and fig each have distinct personalities, and all are irresistibly delicious. The sweetness is pronounced, the dough has a satisfying chewiness, and overall, there is a refined international taste.

This is a cake for anniversaries, size No. 5 (approximately 15 cm) for 5500 yen (including tax), and size No. 6 (approximately 18 cm) for 6500 yen (including tax). The birthday plate is 200 yen (including tax) per plate. We use strawberries from Shizuoka's Benihoppe in winter and Nagano's Summer Princess and Suzuakane in summer, focusing on domestic products. Inside the pink biscuit, there is cream made with mascarpone and vanilla beans, and strawberry jelly. *Reservations on weekends and holidays tend to be busy. Please make your reservations early.
