In a stylish space utilizing a mountain-side house, you can enjoy soba at a leisurely pace. The firm soba pairs perfectly with the light Kansai-style dipping sauce, making it easy to eat. When you mix in plenty of grated yam, the flavor intensifies, and you can't stop using your chopsticks. The fun and delicious style of adding rice to the leftover grated yam after finishing the soba is a delightful experience. The self-serve horsetail tea has a unique aroma, but surprisingly refreshes when paired with the meal. The yam pudding and ice cream are subtly sweet, making them perfect for dessert after the meal.
