The double-skinned tteok is especially soft and adorable, while the thick tteok offers a new and enjoyable taste. The texture of pine nut solgi is intriguing, and the Hong Gannan family has been making traditional court mochi for over 60 years. Biwon Ttokjip is renowned for its exquisite tteok, and the crispy and nutty Biwon Ttokchip Ttok is also popular.
