The building by the river has a charming atmosphere, with a beautiful garden and lovely scenery. The view from the tatami room is excellent, and the sounds of the wind and insects are pleasant. The course features a variety of sweetfish dishes, allowing you to enjoy everything from sweetfish roe and sweet simmered sweetfish to deep-fried young sweetfish. The grilled and air-dried sweetfish, as well as the sashimi, are fragrant and crispy, even the bone crackers are crunchy. The shrimp dumplings grilled on stone, along with the egg tofu and water shield dish, have a gentle flavor. The sweetfish rice served at the end is infused with broth, aromatic, and the crispy bits are very satisfying.
