It is easy to find right next to the station, and the moment you enter, the pleasant aroma of charcoal spreads. The meat, grilled slowly on a shichirin (a small charcoal grill), is tender and the umami fills your mouth, making you feel happy. The beef tongue, especially cut thick, is juicy, and with every bite, the meat juice bursts out, leaving a deep impression. The side menu is also rich in variety, including hormone (offal), meat sushi, and chijimi (Korean pancakes), and sharing them with everyone adds to the excitement. The staff are friendly and casually check in on you, being considerate of your ordering pace and quantity, which is appreciated. Even after grilling and eating until full, the fragrant aroma of charcoal lingers until the end, allowing me to enjoy the aftertaste on the way home.
