This is a course of motsu nabe (hot pot) perfect for winter! This is a very popular menu item at Hormone Yaki Genkotsu, the predecessor of Genkotsu Resort!
The recommendation is the thick ribeye steak served on a thick lava plate. It is provided rare, so you can cook it to your preferred doneness on the lava plate, resulting in a fluffy interior and a crispy exterior thanks to the far infrared heat.
