When you open the door, a calm space unfolds, and just sitting at the counter brings a sense of relief. The young chef is friendly and a great conversationalist, making the dining experience enjoyable throughout the meal. The sushi is made with a smaller portion of red vinegar rice, which pairs excellently with the toppings. In particular, the grilled young sweetfish and the salt sushi with conger eel are fragrant, and I was amazed by the delicate cooking. There is also a rich variety of unique dishes, such as sea urchin hand rolls and wasabi stem rolls, which make it hard not to order more. If you ask, they are happy to prepare hidden menu items and steamed dishes, so there is always a new discovery each time.
