This restaurant is known as an eel specialty restaurant. The eel was as delicious as the word of mouth. The meat had a moderate chewiness and fluffy texture, and the sauce was crisp without being too sweet. The hitsu-mabushi was prepared on the table, and the chef kindly explained how to eat it, so it was safe even for first-timers. I was impressed by the deliciousness that only a specialty restaurant can provide. It was a very satisfying meal.
