There is a variety of dishes available, and you can enjoy everything from sashimi to eel. It all starts with a small bowl of fresh shirasu, which lifts your spirits. The sashimi platter, especially the horse mackerel and sea bream, is particularly impressive, allowing you to fully appreciate the umami. The grilled eel is rich in fat, delivering a deliciousness that spreads throughout your mouth. The slight bitterness and texture of the grilled liver are pleasant, and the fried oysters are large and pair perfectly with the tartar sauce. The eel rice bowl at the end is very satisfying, and I had a great time in a bright atmosphere.
