You can enjoy local ramen with mutton, and the unique texture is delightful. It starts off light, and it's nice that you can adjust it to your liking with sauces, vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic. There is a guide on how to eat it, so even first-timers can enjoy it without confusion. The interior has a nostalgic atmosphere and is very clean, and the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. The cutlet curry pairs well with the thick, spicy sauce, and you can refresh your palate with a salad. For dessert, you can enjoy a parfait with a mildly sweet yogurt combined with blueberry sauce, which is very refreshing.
