I am happy to enjoy homey dishes that are carefully prepared by professionals. You can savor crispy and juicy fried chicken with a fragrant vinegar soy sauce, macaroni salad with mentaiko, steamed tofu, salad and rice, and even miso soup served in stylish glass bowls. The café latte made with a De'Longhi machine is rich and creamy with plenty of milk. The local sake 'Minami' is fruity and light, making it easy to drink and pleasant. You can feel the dedication in the pickles and soy sauce marinated dishes made with Kochi vegetables, as well as in the dishes using local seasonings. The chilled dan dan noodles have a sweet and spicy minced meat that is well-seasoned with spices, and the more you mix it, the more the aroma of Sichuan pepper spreads, making you want to eat more and more.
