There are many types of drinks, and I feel excited from the very first cup. The garlic shrimp is crispy all the way to the shell and pairs well with beer. I also really like the classic fried chicken wings and a dish that combines fresh ginger with homemade meat miso. The stir-fried pork and garlic stems can be made spicy, and I appreciate that they ask for my preference. The homemade fruit-infused raisin butter has a hint of rum and is perfect as a snack with drinks. They also recommend sake, making it enjoyable to pair with the food.
