Upon entering the restaurant, you select the cut and grams at the vending machine. The steak is served rare on a hot lava plate, and you can cook it to your preferred doneness. You can change the flavor with special sauces, rock salt, wasabi soy sauce, and more available on the table, which is very enjoyable. The side dishes of cabbage, broccoli, egg soup, and white rice are self-service, allowing you to take as much as you like, which is delightful. The meat is tender and rich in flavor, and with every cut of the knife, I felt happiness. It was a satisfying steak experience that made me want to take another bite even when I was full.

A rare steak is served on a sizzling lava plate, and just the aroma makes you happy. The residual heat of the plate allows you to finish it to your preferred doneness, so you can enjoy it hot until the end. There are plenty of flavor-changing items like rock salt, wasabi soy sauce, and special sauces, making each bite fresh and delicious. I was able to thoroughly enjoy it while refilling my rice, resulting in a very satisfying lunch.
