The space is a calm and traditional Japanese atmosphere, new and refreshing. The soba has a good texture, and the dipping sauce is rich and aromatic. The pork belly in the meat soba is thick and satisfying. The duck nanban soba is full of flavor, and the combination with green onions is excellent. The sashimi is fresh with a good texture, and you can feel the attention to detail in the colorful garnishes. The staff is warm and unpretentious, creating a friendly atmosphere that is well-loved by the locals.
