This is a restaurant where sushi takes center stage, and you can also enjoy a variety of izakaya dishes. The blackboard recommendations feature a lineup of seafood that excites, including sea urchin, sea cucumber, shrimp, and Pacific saury. The sashimi, especially the fresh horse mackerel, is excellent, and the combination with ginger and green onions is outstanding. The chips are also impressive, offering a unique flavor that can only be found in Lake Toya. The appetizers are elaborate, with delicious options like flounder with ponzu sauce and a mix of squid and cod roe. The cozy interior creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff is warm and welcoming.
