When you open the door, you feel relieved by the wooden interior and gentle lighting. The large roasting machine in the back is impressive, and you can sense the seriousness about coffee. The hand-brewed coffee has a rich aroma, with a smooth bitterness on the palate, followed by a light acidity that lingers beautifully. Even when iced, the flavor remains intact, and it doesn't become dull as the ice melts, which is great. The pudding has a nice balance of smoothness and firmness, with the richness of the eggs and the pleasant aftertaste of caramel. The detailed explanation of the beans makes choosing enjoyable, and the moment spent enveloped in the aroma is very pleasant.
