As you proceed down the corridor extending from the entrance, the charming atmosphere lifts your spirits. The staff who guide you are attentive, and their explanations on how to eat are easy to understand. The miso hot pot has a deep richness with a hint of sweetness, and you can enjoy it as it is. With burdock, shungiku, tofu, and vermicelli added, pork, oysters, and scallops are gradually introduced, spreading their aroma. All the ingredients pair well, but the combination of pork and miso is exceptional, and the texture of the scallops is also pleasant. In the end, placing a soft-boiled egg on rice allows the yolk to flow, leaving you completely satisfied until the very last bite.
