The salads, which are generously made with flowers and herbs, are visually stunning, and there are many varieties, making it enjoyable to eat through them. You can change the flavors with rock salt and herb-infused vinegar, so you won't get bored until the end. The pasta with basil-scented sauce is loaded with vegetables, has a wonderful aroma, and is very satisfying. The herb tea, spiced just right, is easy to drink, and when paired with dried fruits and herb-infused sugar, the change in flavor is interesting. Some dishes take time to prepare, so it's a good idea to call ahead to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.
