As you climb the stairs of the building right by the station, a spacious floor with a tropical atmosphere opens up before you. You can sit down and order from your smartphone, allowing you to leisurely browse the menu and make your selection. The gentle broth of the beef pho and the perfectly chewy noodles are a fantastic match, making it easy to enjoy. The crispy texture of the fried spring rolls and the refreshing taste of the fresh spring rolls both pair wonderfully with beer, making it hard to stop eating. Dishes like stir-fried squid with lemongrass and grilled chicken with lime leaves have distinct flavors that go well with drinks. While toasting with Vietnamese beer and watching the trains pass by through the window, I found myself lingering longer, caught up in the travel mood.
